Clients I Work With

Clients I work with often feel discouraged, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward. Sometimes they are grieving the loss of someone they love; other times, they are grieving a relationship, a dream, or the life they thought they would have. They may feel stuck, disconnected from themselves, or simply tired of carrying something that has become too heavy to carry alone.

I help clients make sense of what they're feeling, especially when they aren't quite sure why they feel the way they do. Together, we become curious about the expectations, losses, patterns, and parts of themselves that may be shaping how they experience their lives. Rather than judging or fighting these responses, we work to understand what they might be trying to communicate or protect. Through this process, clients can develop greater self-compassion and begin to feel more connected to themselves and the life they want to live.

About Jenny

I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) currently completing my clinical hours toward licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I graduated with my Master of Social Work in May of 2026. When I'm not in the office, you'll usually find me trying a new recipe, playing card or board games with my family, exploring the outdoors, or walking my two pugs (as long as it's not one of those hot Colorado afternoons!).

Starting therapy can feel intimidating. My goal is to make it feel a little less so by creating a space where you can be yourself, ask hard questions, and know you'll be met with compassion instead of judgment.

Whether you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, grieving, stuck, or navigating a difficult life transition, we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all path to healing, so I tailor therapy to each person's unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

My Approach Therapy

Starting therapy can feel intimidating. My goal is to make it feel a little less so by creating a space where you can be yourself, ask hard questions, and know you'll be met with compassion instead of judgment. I draw from an understanding of how our nervous systems respond to stress and trauma, recognizing that sometimes our bodies continue to react even when we're no longer in danger. I also use parts work, which recognizes that we all have different parts of ourselves. Rather than fighting those parts, we'll work to understand them with curiosity and compassion while helping you move toward healing.

I have a deep appreciation for people's stories and consider it a privilege when someone trusts me enough to share theirs. My own life has taught me that there are seasons that can't be rushed or fixed, but sometimes need to be felt and walked through with someone willing to sit beside us.
