About Angie
I am a Licensed Practicing Counselor Candidate (LPCC) currently completing my clinical hours toward licensure as a Licensed Practicing Counselor (LPC).
I offer a grounded, person-centered approach that honors your inner wisdom and capacity for healing. My style is warm and collaborative, and I see my role as walking alongside you with authenticity and compassion as you reconnect with your strengths, clarity, and sense of possibility. My background in nursing informs my understanding of the connection between physical and emotional well-being and continues to shape the whole-person approach I bring to this work. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating the impact of past experiences, or moving through a period of change, I meet you where you are
I enjoy working with athletes and active individuals who are navigating performance pressure, identity shifts, and injury recovery. I support individuals in the prenatal and postpartum period as well, holding space for the emotional, physical, and identity changes that can come with that season of life..
My Approach Therapy
This work is deeply personal to me. It’s grounded not only in training and clinical experience, but in an ongoing commitment to my own growth and healing. Because of that, I show up with a deep respect for the courage it takes to explore your inner world and create meaningful change.
My work is integrative and tailored to each person. I incorporate EMDR, IFS-informed parts work, CBT, mindfulness, somatic practices, and nervous system-informed approaches. I also offer individual and group nature-based therapy sessions, and psychedelic integration support for those seeking it.
Outside of my work, I am a mom of two energetic boys and feel most at home when I’m outdoors. I enjoy spending time with loved ones, running, exploring new trails, and traveling, and find that these experiences continue to inspire and inform the way I approach healing and connection in my work.
