  • One of the most common points of turmoil I hear from men of all ages is uncertainty around masculinity in todays current society. Men often feel confused, angry, and left behind by a society in transition. At times it calls on them to be tough, strong, and stoic. Other times it calls on them to be emotional and gentle. However, “society” never does seem satisfied with what we try to be. What if men could be all of these things and more? On the other side of this wrestling is our truest self. Come find him. This group aims to explore and experience topics related to men’s experience and challenges and to develop and make connection with the best men we can be. This is an open group where participants are encouraged to attend sessions more often than not, but allows for members to come and go.

  • This group will form based on demand and will incorporate aspects of nature into exploring various topics of mental health. Activities may include hiking the full two hours or bring in other practices such as mindfulness, mediation, journaling, and more
